Returns Policy

DVD & CD PRODUCT
In the unlikely event that you recieve a faulty product from us please return your product to the address below and we will replace it immediately upon receipt free of charge.

Please note that we cannot send a replacement out until such time as we receive the faulty product back and we will only replace a faulty DVD or CD - we will not refund your payment.

ALL PRODUCT - DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY
It is inevitable that from time to time Royal Mail or our courier will deliver an item that has been damaged in transit If your order arrives and upon opening it you find it damaged please notify us within 3 days of receipt by email with a picture(s) of the damage to: customerservices@qleap.co.uk 

Upon receipt of this information we will either send you a replacement or refund your payment in full.

ALL OTHER RETURNS
You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, clothing must have labels attached and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Our 14 day returns policy means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, clothing must have labels attached and in its original packaging) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you at your expense that have been returned to us after 14 days or have been returned opened or missing labels or packaging.This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
